   At this time I will not be returning. I am not comfortable eating from a salad/food bar due to the possibility of food borne illness illnesses. Since I couldn’t eat from there I had two tiny slices of steak and one tiny piece of chicken. My husband ordered a Tito’s martini but received a water glass full of straight vodka with ice. My suggestion is once the server asks if this is the first time dining there and the patrons say yes, maybe help them to know how to actually get food and drink easier. Every server was nice though.

   The food quality here has truly gone down significantly. Problem is, when you have very good rodicio with great service,Fogo de Chao just cannot begin to compete. Wine was subpar - not sure if it was open for a long time, service was very spotty. The food just didn’t taste fresh, I was somewhat scared to keep eating anything. I will definitely not be returning anytime soon.

   We frequent FoGo restaurants at least 6 times a year in various cities. This weekend’s dinner at Copley was one of the worst family dinners I can remember. The food was terrible. Absolutely flavorless meat. Everything was either overcooked or undercooked - not a single selection of meat was cooked right. The drinks order took over 30 minutes to come to the table. Absolutely awful dining experience.

   Very disappointed this time. Market table was very skimpy not at all like other times and many items were empty. Several cuts were raw - beyond rare. Service was very slow and several typical cuts of meat were not even offered to us. Would not recommend this location - always had great experiences at other locations.

   I will never go here again, worst service and I did speak to the manager on the floor and no discounts were taken off after her demeanor changed towards us from the moment she had an interaction she avoid a group of 10 people who was celebrating my mothers birthday. She said she had something personal going on and tried to give an excuse for her behavior. Koya needs to do better and service allll costumers and not just a few tables she can exchange smiles with. A reflection of her is a reflection of her team, who didn’t seem to know what was going on, and had zero communication skills.

   I went here with my husband for his birthday and he was very excited! They had great vegan and salad options which is shocking but great for me. Most of my rating is due to the service. I asked the server to explain how it worked, she didn’t and said someone else would (they didn’t so we had to piece it together). We ordered drinks that never arrived, and anything not brought around the room we had to hunt down a server to ask for. Our main server changed three times so it was a bit confusing. Overall the quality of service did not match up with how much money we spent on this meal.

   Didn’t understand waitress or what was going on to order. Barely had any sides. Didn’t know if we could go up to the food bar. All unclear and spent $67 each! Terrible.
