   I visit Fogo in many cities including one wear my home. Baltimore has issues. The noise level is always high. It as difficult to hear anyone at the table including the servers. The servers push you through dinner from initial contact to your bill and exit. Baltimore, servers were non existent after figuring out how much you will pay. Meat was raw or well no matter what you asked for. Found a mistake on my bill after an argument over a wine selection. Not a great meal anymore for sure despite being a favorite back home in NY

   Disorganized location. Bar unable to make drinks timely. Cold bar picked over and never restocked. Meats rarely walked around, and if they were, cooked poorly and low quality. There for 2.5 hours, which is crazy for this type of service flow. Location needs leadership, structure, staff who are trained. Skip this joint and go get a real steakhouse experience.

   Servers and waiters were inattentive and didn’t enter our orders in even after being asked multiple times. Waiting for an extensive period of time for everything from drinks to the bill. We had to ask for each item we ordered a minimum of 3 times before receiving it, initially waiting an hour for one single drink.

   The service was awful, tables pushed together so close there’s people walking over your food to get to their table. The waiters sat us down and left us at our table, we had three different servers do this. We didn’t get asked if we wanted any drinks until an hour after arrival. The meat skipped our table and some others tables several times because of how packed it was in there.

   Very disappointing. We came a year ago. The salad bar was wasn’t as good. There wasn’t any bacon for one thing. I asked four times for filet and they ran out of medium filet before it got to me. We had to ask for refills on our ice tea and waters.

   Missed the mark….food was just good. Requested a few cuts and when they finally came they were overdone and almost inedible. Asked for the grilled pineapple and was told 15 minutes wait. After 25 minutes asked again and was told 20 more minutes. Gave up, paid the bill, and left.

   Service and cuisine were both impeccable along with a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend - especially for a special occasion. Soufflé was awesome.

   The restaurant is one giant open room, so it’s loud and chaotic. The food on the buffet was okay, but the table side dishes were oversalted and dry. The meat service to the table was slow and very sporadic.

   We went on Veteran's Day weekend to get the 50 percent off because we are both veterans. We always go every year on this weekend. We tried to use two gift cards to pay, but they would only honor one. They said we could not use to promos at once. It was a gift card not a promo. It did not make any sense. We won gift cards at a raffle from a wine dinner that we both paid 125 dollars each to attend a couple of months ago. It just rubbed me the wrong way they wouldn't let us use our gift cards with the veteran's day special. Also, every time we go to this location they never bring our sides. We had to ask 3 times, and our server finally brought mashed potatoes, but we never got the bread. Customer service is lacking at this location compared to other locations we have visited, but the food is always great, so we continue to go and just expect mid customer service.
