Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

    Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!

    One of the best places for steaks by far. Pastas and sides are amazing. Only criticism is the dessert was good, but didn’t match the level of the food.

    Our party of three, celebrating two recent birthdays noted in our reservation, received no acknowledgment of the special occasion. The service was lackluster and unengaging; our server didn't introduce himself or offer much information about the menu. The steak was satisfactory but felt overpriced given its quality, while the Brussels sprouts were undercooked and unappetizingly hard. The duck confit arrived overcooked and dry, and the pasta was mediocre. The wine and martinis were enjoyable, but overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I don't feel inclined to return.

    This place is one of the best restaurants in Seattle. The drinks are strong and interesting. The two we tried were seven days and pocketful of jewels. Cannot recommend enough. The mussels were high quality and were pretty similar to a well grilled oysters. The bread and butter are delicious with the old bay sprinkled on top. The duck confit salad was one of the best salads I ever had. Our entrees are the boar shoulder and the pork chop. Some of the most flavorful foods. The bar tender who was our server was amazing and was prompt, attentive, and a hard working individual. Definitely go here if you haven’t yet.

    You have a good selection of choices on the menu from the usual to venison and wild boar. The staff was courtesy and prompt with service. I chose the venison and my husband the filet. The venison was very flavorful but I would not have know it was venison without having been told. My husband had the filet which he said had a good flavor but was a little chewy for a filet in spots. We also ordered the potato rolls which were good and had brussel sprouts and pomme dauphinoise which were quite good. Overall it was good but a little pricey for what you got compared to some other high end steak houses we have been too.
