    This was our second time at Flight and it did not disappoint. Our sever, Lauren, was very attentive. Food was stellar, as were the flights of wine and bourbon. Sea bass was my hubby’s favorite, but both my daughter and I loved the chicken and waffles. We will definitely be returning.

    We were sat right away for our reservation. Grayson was our server and at the end of our meal my husband described him as impeccable. I felt like he sincerely wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. He did a nice job managing our expectations because they were out of certain liquors and the vintage of our wine was not available even though it was on the menu. We had oysters which were fresh but a couple were super small which I felt should not have been served. Grayson did a great job explaining the menu. The portions are generous, and the food was excellent. Grayson is an outstanding server!

    Amazing and lovely. Have you ever been to a restaurant and thought I wish I could try multiple dishes on the menu? You can choose the recommended "flight" of food or mix/match or just order single dishes if you're not that hungry. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. Highly recommend

    A wonderful restaurant concept, “flights” of smaller portions of a variety of foods! And wines too! The food is delicious and you get to custom choose what you wish to try. The restaurant had some unusual choices too, like bison, elk, ostrich, kangaroo. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the staff is cordial and attentive. Our waiter, Marq, was terrific also, he deserves a raise - he was that good at his job. If I had to choose one restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life I would pick Flight.

    As usual, our experience was amazing. The waitress was amazing. She did a great job could not have done it any better. And don’t forget the food it never fails to be so good.
