Flavor is excited to open our new location and concept – Flavor Brunch in Hazel Crest, Illinois. Flavor Brunch serves all of the traditional Breakfast and Lunch offering established for over 16 years at Flavor Restaurant. “The Flavor Experience” has been showcased on Chicago Tonight, 190 North, Check Please, Windy City Live, & Chicago’s Best (to name a few).

Rochelle’s Shrimp and Grits, Fried Green Tomatoes, Mini Croquettes, Fried Collard Greens & Waffle Flights are just a few of the staple items you will find at Flavor Brunch.

                      My business partner and I enjoyed lunch at your establishment. I love the food as this was her first time dining at Flavors it's probably my 101st time lol. I absolutely recommend all to dine in. I do have one suggestion - the name of this place is Flavors Brunch which I would think customers should have the option to eat off the entire menu from the time you open- closing.

                      The jambalaya omelet and shrimp and grits were delicious! The dj played good music. I tried the black mimosa made with cognac. It was good.

                      My friend was in town for the weekend and I decided to take her to Flavor because I had heard great things. The food and our waitress was great. Since it was our first time we had a few questions and the waitress was glad to answer our questions. The food was great but I was also sold on the music being played. I'm a music fanatic so when I saw the DJ mixing I was in heaven!!! Will definitely be back!

                      The service was poor from the time we entered the establishment. There seemed to be constant chaos and confusion among wait staff, the server rarely came to check on our table. Also, the hostess never greeted us, smiled or anything. She later swapped out to become our waitress and she attempted to be a little more polite, but still rude. I will not be going back or recommending this place to any of my friends or family. This is sad because the food was actually delicious and the prices are reasonable. It took me over 30 minutes to check out because there was confusion over the tab of another party, who also complained about the service they had received.

                      We were disappointed. We ordered from the dinner menu and the food was not good and seemed to be warmed up in a microwave. Perhaps breakfast is better. Our server was very courteous.

                      Most of the food was good except the batter on the fried chicken. That batter was not good at all and the wings were tiny. The recipe and the wings need to be scrapped. Also they need to invest in new dining room furniture, maybe look into using table cloths. I would eat there again but I don’t expect much as far as ambiance.

                      Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, the service was nice but not overbearing. The drinks were strong, unless you request otherwise. There’s a live dj, who was also great. 10/10, would eat there again. In fact, I will be there Sunday for brunch.

                      I always find something new to try on the menu and it is always very good. The hostesses always greet you with pleasant inviting smiles. The service is good our waitress had good menu knowledge and very helpful in assisting with making menu selections. Very personal family owned feel type ambiance nothing fancy but very welcoming and clean. The quantity and taste of my meal was worth the cost. Great for a laid back brunch with friends or mature couples place.

                      The shrimp and grits are amazing. We had the Mimosa flight as well which tasty. Brunch at Flavor in Hazel Crest and you won't be disappointed.
