   This visit was awful. Bartender was great as she always is but the management is horrible. Took over an hour for food, people just walked out because of no service, management just standing around and not helping anyone

   The epic fries were amazing ! Our server had great recommendations and they were all sooo good . Fun place and atmosphere. Will be coming back !

   There were three tables full and just as many wait staff. We were promptly seated then forgotten about. It was a good 25 minutes before someone even acknowledged us.

   The food was exhalent! I believe they did not have enough servers to help. We waited 20 min for a waiter to come to our table. The hostess did get our drink order form us. Once our waiter came to the table he was great. He did have tables inside and outside which made it hard to get him when we needed something.

   The waitress had a very bad attitude. She did not have any customer service at all. She was rude & very condescending when we asked her for anything. She basically appeared as if she really did not want to wait on us & it showed in all her actions/non-actions.

   Dining outside was awesome. It was a quiet lunch time meal but I would love to come back and hang one night. Service was great.

    Terrible experience here. Got seated and had to go find a server 20 minutes later to order. Served ourselves water from behind the bar because we never ever got a single drink we ordered. Had to go find a manager after 40 minutes. 10 minutes later, and we left because we never got anything despite several managers pointing to our table and one even coming over to our table (but never actually saying sorry). What a waste.
