Come enjoy our authentic upscale Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs carve tableside, premium cuts of fire-grilled meats including Picanha, filet mignon, lamb, pork & chicken. You will enjoy many choices of meats as you wish, and as many times as you wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. Our market fresh salad table features various dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Traditional Brazilian accompaniment is served throughout each meal including cinnamon coated banana, Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and caramelized grilled pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!

Flame & Fire offers an excellent experience for guests. With top class customer service including quick seating, attentive wait staff, and friendly staff. The food served is top shelf, offering highest quality whether eating at their bar, or the variety of meat selections. It is easy to get discouraged with the price of the dinner experience, however you get more then your money's worth with their all you can eat options. I will definitely be going back.

This is a good restaurant and experience. You start out with your getting your food like soup and salad yourself then you are visited throughout your meal by people who bring by the meat which is carved in front of you.

Went there on the 16th of February for a nice quiet valentines dinner. The service was mediocre at best but the gentleman that bring the meat around barely came in the room. We waited over 15 minutes for meat. I complained to the waitress and she had no clue. She went and spoke to the manager and finally some of the men came around. He had to point to our table to tell them to come over. Manager never came over and no one ever apologized. Poor service at best. We will try a different Brazilian steak house in the area we live in next time.

The food was exceptional from my partners perspective unfortunately for non meat eaters there is not too many options and I do feel it was over priced for the selection they had for a non meat eater. It was a fun experience I would do it again the wait was a little long even with reservations they were about 30mins behind and it was so crowded inside would have been nice to have a bigger table the tables were so small for what was being served

Ambiance was terrible. It felt more like dining in a lunchroom cafeteria vs an upscale restaurant. We were scurried off to a table next to a bussing station, bathrooms and kitchen. That’s the only knock against it. HOWEVER, the food was remarkable and the service was great. I would definitely come back.

It was our first time at Flame and Fire. Overall, it was really good food. I think we would have had a much better experience if we’d been seated somewhere else. I spent the entire night looking at the cleaning closet, mops and brooms and cleaning supplies, and we were right next to the very busy intersection of the two halves of the restaurant and the kitchen. It just didn’t have a $200 night feel to it. The food was really good, but when we went to the market platter buffet, half - literally one entire side - was empty. There were so many other options, though, it wasn’t worth making an issue of. As it was, I was running out of room before the meat. All of the meats were really good. If you’re feeling carnivorous, this is definitely an experience you’ll appreciate. Our server was lovely and kind. I think we’ll try again… and insist on a better location for our table.

Everything is always great. I prefer Flame and Fire over other options due to ambiance and its quieter and more intimate. Meats and Market Table are always great.
