    What an amazing experience! The food was outstanding, and I felt like I was back at my Grandmother's house! Someone tapped into my Mother's Spirit for the greens! It's definitely a place to go!!!

    Our server Enayah was amazing and the food was excellent. Enayah was kind, professional and knew the menu inside and out. She made suggestions that helped us to know what would be best, AND saved us from ordering something that may have caused an allergy issue. It was my third visit to Fixins and, after this experience, I will definitely be back again.

    Fried green tomatoes are excellent. Pork chops could’ve had a little more seasoning. Yummy potatoe salad. So far gumbo and fish is my favorite. Overall good food and drinks. Will definitely return.

    Very great atmosphere! Excellent and very tasty food selection! I ordered the fried fish and hush puppies with red beans and rice! Superb! The waitress was very attentive and made my experience even better. Go try Fixins’ you will be very very happy you did! Delicious

    My overall experience was Superb! The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. I will definitely be going back again to Fixins…one of my top spots in Downtown Detroit.

    The energy was great. My waiter was very friendly and helpful. I love the photos of Detroit celebrities. The background music really gave our dining experience an extra treat. I highly recommend Fixins Soul Kitchen (Detroit)!
