Located on the Royal Parade, Chislehurst, Fish Union uniquely combines a chef-led upmarket wet fishmonger coupled with a shellfish Champagne restaurant and is owned by chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts.

The restaurant’s fresh seasonal menu changes daily depending on what’s coming in off the boats and offers delectable small plates which include Yellowfin tuna tataki with pickled radish wasabi mayo and ponzu; Galician octopus with delica pumpkin and garlic butter; The Luxury Seafood platter; Bouillabaisse and their popular side dish of Confit crispy potatoes with aioli.

To add to this, Sundays have just got exciting as Fish Union’s intimate buzzing seafood Champagne restaurant now offers a delicious Sunday Ocean Roast and Sunday Brunch menu!

Everything is sustainably sourced and freshly prepared on-site by their talented in-house chefs and complemented with hand-selected fine wines and signature cocktails.

    Service was great; staff very attentive however it is not an authentic fish restaurant unfortunately. The menu is very disjointed; no sides that actually go with the mains, mussels certainly were not prepared from scratch, the sauce they came with was not quite right for the dish with no choice like you are typically given with mussels. No fries just a choice of 2 different types of potato. No traditional Fish & Chips dish. Wine was very expensive. I asked for a lime & soda, I got a glass of soda water with slices of lime in, when I asked for more lime, I got more slices. added to my glass. Such as shame as it was quite expensive.
