    It was alright. My shrimp in my shrimp and strawberry salad was very over cooked. I ended up picking them out and just eating everything else. My partner had the smokehouse chicken sandwich, which he said was just OK. Bun needs to be toasted, the chicken wasn’t cold but it wasn’t warm either. Bacon on sandwich was very floppy and not crisp.

    Bradley gave excellent service. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The bread was over done on the top and soft on the bottoms. The charred carrots were very underdone.

    The service was outstanding! Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is good and they’re very accommodating on special requests. We just enjoy eating there.

    As regulars at Firebirds, my wife enjoys the Grilled Tenderloin Salad and the Christmas Eve version was perfect. I've learned to depend on their steak quality and had a terrific 12or Aged Ribeye cooked medium-rare as requested. Trina was a very good server. The bar was very slow as has happened before. If you can make sure to get timely cocktails, you can expect a wonderful dinner experience here!

    My wife and family came to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my retirement, and it was a good first-time experience and would recommend this restaurant to others. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Our waitress was very nice as well.
