   My wife and I ate at Firebirds on a Friday evening. There were quite a few people, and the noise level was high. There were few obstructions in the open floor plan to minimize the noise and guests were seated close together. The service was quick, professional, and attentive to the customer with a smile. No problems at all with the service. This was our first visit and had high expectations for the food. We both had Filet Mignon with shrimp and a loaded baked potato. While the food was fully cooked, it came to our table only warm. My steak was tender, but not so for my wife. It looked like a metal weight was placed on top of it so the meat could cook more quickly. The shredded cheese and butter on the baked potato was not melted, appearing as if it was put on just before being brought to the table. The skin of the potato was heavily salted. While I like salt, the crust was excessive. Eventually I could not eat it. So, we were charged about $100 for that experience for two people. While the food was not bad, it was not of the same caliber served by other steak restaurants, like RuthsChris or Burton's Grill at about the same price.

   The evening was very important to us. We haven’t been able to get out very much due to my medical issues and Covid. We enjoy having a good steak and going out to dinner. However, we may not return to this restaurant, and if we do return, we won't order steaks or cocktails. There was no taste to the cocktails or the steaks. My steak was very thin and overcooked. While my wife's steak was thicker, it too was overcooked. Finally, the wait time for the delivery of the food seemed very long. I realize that the price of meat has increased significantly, but is a thin, tasteless steak the best response to this problem. Why not offer the customer the option of buying the more expensive steak. The menu offers steaks of different sizes. My wife's steak was supposed to be 14 oz but appeared to be smaller. As for the noise level, it was very high. I wasn't able to hear my wife and I wasn't able to talk loud enough so she could hear me. Then there was the style of dress of many of the men in the room. A number of men had on dirty jeans and were wearing baseball hats. That's fine at a casual restaurant but not at a restaurant that says customers should wear fancy, casual. I hope they make improvements because I want them to succeed and our community needs a good restaurant.

   This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and so much of it! Always cooked to perfection. The service is spot-on and all the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I’m not sure what they did to lower the noise level, but whatever they did, it worked! My husband is a veteran and he was treated like royalty at dinner tonight. Definitely a 5-Star Restaurant!!

   We had a delicious meal and despite me not getting her name, our server was sooo pleasant and attentive! We went for Veteran's Day and my husband ate for free. Thank You Firebird's for acknowledging our local heros!

   From front welcome desk and other server all were outstanding. 😀 please thank them. It was Monday Veterans Day 11/11 and very busy and I’m happy for that and all the people that were there enjoying your food and hospitality. Especially the manager who came around and said they were so busy that we’re little behind and we were all fine with that folks Special support to customers. I think you know what I mean - great common sense Communications. My wife arranged for us to be in the grand opening preview months ago.. I think at that time we were able to speak with the general manager, and she was outstanding too

    Excellent Veterans Day experience! Amazing service, food and ambiance. Kids menu and activity book was top notch as well. We will absolutely be back!
