   Our Birthday celebration for our Mom was wonderful. Our server was on top of everything for our table of 8. She took extra special care of my Mom. We will return for the next celebration!!

   I frequent Firebirds often since opening. I have enjoyed the dining each time. I also pick up orders, specifically, the BLT salad (my favorite) via your ‘to go” service. My one suggestion is that the products (lettuce and tomato) should always be of the best and freshest quality.

   I’m going to take in consideration that it was a holiday, But our steaks were warm not hot overcooked. I asked for a medium it was clearly well done . The taste overall was good. We’ll be goin back on a regular day to try again.

   I made reservations for 2 a month in advance. We made it to the restaurant around 5:50pm, checked in and was told we would be seated shortly. We sat waiting for over 20 minutes. There were open cleaned tables everywhere. Finally we noticed people that made it after us were being seated so my husband decided to say something to a staff member. We were finally seated. After that everything was great. The service was prompt, the drinks were great, the food was plentiful and delicious.

    I had a reservation and was seated promptly. Our waitress came and took our drink and appetizer order. Drinks came. She brought out house bread. Our dinner plates came out about 20 minutes later. Appetizer never showed up. She asked if we had gotten the appetizer and I said, no. She offered to bring it. I said no thanks. She said she would take it off the bill. She did. Food overall was okay. Average baked potato, I had NY strip had a good flavor, but wasn’t medium rare, closer to medium rare. When we got our check, it took 35 minutes for our waitress to collect it. Not a bad experience, just not great. Big chain, okay service, decent food.
