   We chose this restaurant for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a 6pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 6:20 because they were out of menus. Service was just ok. Our glasses were empty and we waited on drinks for a while. My husband ordered his ribeye medium well and it was cooked well done. My prime rib tasted ok but it was overpriced for the size. Our son ordered baby back ribs and they were ridiculously overpriced. He finished them in about five minutes because there was no meat on the bones and the rack was very small. I gave him part of my prime rib and asked the waitress for an extra au jus but she never brought it. Entire meal was $177 with tip so quality and service should have been MUCH better.

   The appetizers were satisfactory. However, for the price of $191, the 16 oz steak and the lobster tail were disappointingly thin, small, and dry, lacking any discernible flavor. The texture and flavor of the sea bass were consistent with that of the simon fish. Overall, this establishment is not one that I would recommend or revisit.

   The restaurant just opened & they are working through some issues. Great menu! The restaurant has the potential to be really good. They need 2 bartenders versus one during peak hours.

   Took almost an hour for food once ordered. Potato was supposed to be loaded but was lacking butter and sour cream. Took 15 minutes for waitress to come to the table to check on food and said she would bring butter and sour cream. This took another 15 minutes but by this time I was not eating a cold, dry potato. Chop was great! Not a great experience for a restaurant that I really like. Neighboring table had a similar experience. Took forever for their food. Overcooked steak and the steak in their salad was dry and over cooked.

   Food was cold and not cooked right. Lobster queso was cold not hot at all the waiter took forever to come back for us to tell her but we were hungry. Steak came out over cooked. Tenderloin was also over cooked. My wife’s shrimp didn’t come out with the steak came out 10 mins after we got our food and wasn’t grilled shrimp. Again the waitress didn’t come back till she brought the check. The experience was horrible we won’t come back to the Southaven location at all

   The food and atmosphere was above satisfactory. Unfortunately, the waiter left a rather awful taste in my mouth. To walk down a customer in the parking lot to scold them on the given amount of an "Optional" tip is unhinged behavior. And to mention the service from that waiter was subpar. Stumbling everywhere and was honestly a wreck. An additional $40 was handed over due to the abrasive approach by the way. Entitled trainwreck.

   The customer service from the Manager was terrible. He didn’t seek to make sure the customers were happy. For the price of the food it was a 3/10. No food was finished on any plate in my group.

    I was celebrating my husband's birthday. Everything was delish. I signed up for the reward months ago and I still haven't received my $10 off yet. I could have used it last night.
