    My pork chop was raw and very salty and instead of starting over they recook it the salad was salterated in salad dressing

    Father/Daughter date. Meal was excellent and the service was excellent. The wood grilled salmon is always cooked perfectly and the lunch portion is large. Will be back.

    This local was not up to the standards of other locations. The service was very good but the food was poorly cooked and took over an hour for entrees. The steaks were not cooked as requested and they were odd cuts not as expected . Not up to the expected Firebird’s standard Maybe better after they are open longer ?
