   Overall the food was declious, the waiter was great but what I have a problem with in the young people that give u tables. They seem to sit their friends before other customers. It was notice by me and others. Also ask your managers to dress appropriately instead of with clothes that evidently stayed in the dryer over night. Appearances means a lot.

   My fiance’ and I booked a reservation for two for 8:15pm at this location. We arrived around 8:05 and were promptly seated. Our server, Carlos, was terribly slow and unprofessional. After we were seated, he didn’t take our drink order until 10 minutes later. In the middle of taking our drink order he told us to “wait one second” and proceeds to walk off and pick up a completed check from another table and did not return until minutes later. We trying to order two glasses of water…nothing complex. During the course of our meal, he checked on our table one time and never refilled our water cups. While he was not attending to our table he could be seen goofing off in the kitchen with the cooks. The table next to us had a different server, was seated after us and had significantly faster service. Luckily, at the end of our the meal the manager, Cam, came by and asked how everything was. After explaining our dissatisfaction, he refunded $30 off our bill. Overall this was one of our worst experiences at Firebirds but does not reflect the restaurant as a whole. I highly recommend anybody dining at this restaurant avoid the waiter Carlos

   Seated right on time fit our reservation. Food was excellent. The only knock is service was a tad slow, but it was a Friday night and every table was occupied. Will definitely go back!

   We always enjoy our lunches at Firebirds. It was very crowded yesterday for the holidays but we still had excellent service and the food is always terrific!

   We had a reservation did not get seated until 40 minutes after the reservation. The waiter did not bring drinks until 20 minutes after sitting at the table. And forgot to bring water and and mugs for a drinks. Drinking out of a can when spending that much money is crazy. The mug came another 15 minutes later. The food was great, but the service and wait time for a reservation was not okay. We missed out on the other things we had planned for the night due to the wait time etc.

   We made reservations for a work holiday outing. We had a group of 9 and the restaurant was able to accommodate us very comfortably. Our server was Peyton (I hope I spelled that right) and she was magnificent. She was quick on requests and refills. We all also required separate bills which is often frowned upon with large parties, but not here. We may have taken longer at the restaurant then some parties, but there no pressure for us to leave and Peyton even asked when it would be appropriate to bring the checks as she didn’t want us to feel rushed by doing so. Please keep in mind we were there for a late lunch during the holiday season. For guests walking in, it was a 30-40 minute wait for a table. I would highly recommend a reservation. It made our outing a very enjoyable and smooth process.

   Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She had a nice personality which made for a wonderful experience. The food was amazing! My date said he loved his steak. He’s hard to please, so to impress him is amazing. My salmon was cooked to perfection! Great experience over all.

    There was a fly that kept swarming around and landed in my glass of wine, instead of bringing me another glass, the waiter credited me for the wine. I wanted that glass of wine, it was sooo good.
