    We had a wonderful time. We had an early dinner with some friends. The fires were burning, the food delicious and the atmosphere great. Our server was attentive and patient with us as we balanced catching up with friends and deciding what to eat. The salmon was outstanding, cooked to perfection. I had never been to this restaurant and was so pleased with the entire package. Congratulations!

    Dinner was enjoyable and good. Had bbq baby back ribs; good quality and portion size was average for upscale restaurant. My friend had the 3 course dinner and enjoyed it. Service was okay; had a new inexperienced server who needed assistance. Honestly the training/orientation needs to improve for an upscale restaurant.

    Enjoyed a wonderful happy hour! Outstanding crispy cauliflower, fried shrimp and pineapple martinis. The prime rib sliders were disappointing. The meat was very dry. Excellent service by Willyna made our experience very enjoyable.

    First time customer..greatly satisfied with food and service. Managers were heavily involved. Haven't seen service like this in decades. Highly recommend Firebirds for date night, business luncheon, or family outting.
