    Our family enjoyed a very good lunch to celebrate the upcoming Christmas holiday. Food was really good and our request for a booth was honored. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great day at a great restaurant!🎄👍

    Server was great, clean restaurant but I don’t go to a restaurant for all that I go for the food. Paid 33 bucks for a cold and fatty steak. Won’t go again

    had a reservation and had to wait 25 minutes for a table to be available which completely defeats the purpose of a reservation. also a guest who checked in after us was seated before us with the same “reservation” time. food was decent but a little to pricy for what it was

    We started out wanting a table b/c one in our party has a walker and has trouble getting in and out of a booth. There was nothing available so we settle on the booth. The service was very slow waited quite some time for our drinks and our meals. When the wine came , both bottles were not what we had ordered. The food came and 2 of the 6 orders had a problem, after waiting a long time. We divided the bill in 3 and when the credit card receipts arrived she game each card holder a bill to sign , once signed we discovered we all signed the wrong hard holder receipt . The whole thing was a debacle!

    Service was slow and frustrating. They weren’t overly busy but our server was MIA after she took our order. Food was not great either.

    Our prime rib was wonderful. Our service was great and fast. It wasn’t so loud that we couldnt visit which is a plus.

    Firebirds Grill always provides a great dining experience. Wide variety of entrees and side items, well prepared and delicious. Servers are attentive, friendly and prompt. Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. We had a reservation and were seated within five minutes of our arrival.
