    We dined on a Saturday evening and had the three course dinner. Great food with large portions. It was a great value. This is a popular place so definitely make a reservation.

    Service was slow. 2 of the 4 entries came out wrong. One was sent back and instead of preparing a new one, they attempted to correct the original- Bad choice.

    Firebirds used to be a favorite for my wife and me, but our anniversary visit was a disaster. They served the wrong cut of steak, which had to be sent back twice because it was raw (first time) and rare (second time), both of our sides were undercooked too. No drink refills, and all we were offered was a $5 add-on salad comp. We ended up at Shake Shack after this nightmare meal. It’s heartbreaking to see a once-great restaurant decline so badly.
