    My husband and I have gone to Firebirds for years just for lunch. We only order the Beef Tenderloin salad. This the first time we have gone for NYE or for that matter dinner. I had asked for and received a booth for our friends and us. Sure enough they gave it to us. That is the first time I have requested something and go it. Wow. I am so sorry we didn’t get the name of our waitress but she was unbelievably great! Again the service was super even on an extremely busy NYE. We all enjoyed our own 3 course dinners. We also ordered an additional appetizer, the lobster cheese dip-oh yummmm. My filet was perfectly done. My only issue were the mashed potatoes. They were a little too runny with an odd flavor. But still tolerable. What a great night. I’m sure this will be the place to go to again.

    This is our go to place for a great night out. Manager is always friendly and staff great. We go at least 1 a month.

    We went on New Year's Eve...the restaurant was very busy, but we never felt rushed in any way. We had a wonderful waitress, who was very attentive to our water being filled, made conversation with us and checked on us often. The food was delicious. I love being able to have reservations, also.

    Firebirds has the busy holiday thing down to a tee! Had a reservation and was seated right on time! Waited on promptly by a very friendly and efficient server! Food came quickly for the 4 of us and was delicious! We were in and out in an hour. We are impressed and an awe of your organization on such a busy night (Christmas Eve). Thank you for being open and such an awesome restaurant!

    Too many people crammed into a table - need to provide some space for people to enjoy their meal. It was extremely warm in the restaurant

    Our server was Bailey. She was engaging, responsive, had a terrific sense of humor and was so great, my husband gave her the biggest tip he had ever added to a check. BEST Parmesan crusted chicken that I ever had and my husband gives a total thumbs up for the hot honey sandwich!!

    Kenny was our server and was just so pleasant. He was very busy but still gave us the attention and advice we asked about the menu. I did the 3 course meal and upgraded to the filet, which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the baha shrimp pasta. It was good as well, and full of large shrimp. His only complaint was he wish you could order half as much because he could only eat half of it, and know we will probably end up throwing out the leftovers.
