    Charred carrot salad is not good. Very few carrots, radishes were frozen and the dressing was way too tart. I do not recommend this salad. Sandwich of steak and cheese was pretty good. The bread is always good.

    This is such a great place. It’s a gem. The service was great. Our server was great. The manager brought us our food since we had a seafood allergy. The server had dropped a couple French fries off our plate and one of the chefs brought us out a new small plate of fries. Can’t recommend this place enough. Food and service are spot on. Kudus to the manager and our server.

    This was our first time at Firebirds and let me say- it was amazing! We don’t eat out much because it feels we are always met with just a mediocre meal that doesn’t match the price point! We both got the 3 course meal- mine was the sirloin and my husband got the salmon and shrimp. My steak was the perfect medium rare and packed with flavor. The augratin potatoes were so good, but had a kick of some heat. And my “side” salad was quite large and tasted so fresh. I could go on and on but you get the point- everything that hit our table was delicious! Hands down, the best meal I’ve eaten in a while. Olivia was our server and she was great! My husband and I both have birthdays next month and an Anniversary in a few months, so I definitely think we will be back to celebrate with Firebirds!

    Firebirds, Knoxville is a great place for family get togethers. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and accommodating as much as possible. The food is excellent. There is not a less than desirable thing on the menu. Servers are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Firebirds does not skimp on anything. I asked for extra lemon for my tea and I got plenty. I would easily recommend this place to everyone who enjoys good food. A+ Thanks Firebirds!
