   Our waitress Gabby was the saving grace here... and we felt horrible for her (she kept that smile on her face and tried, though!)... She'd been there for less than a week, was scrambling like crazy to keep people happy... and the 3 tables she had (us and the two tables behind us) all had food come out poorly and late. All of them. Food sent back. Drinks were also made incorrectly. It took 10 minutes for someone to say hello after we were sat, after that we asked for bread, ordered drinks and water... the water came out 10 minutes later...the bread 5 minutes after that (with several apologies during that time), and the drinks finally after that. Our poor waitress spent so much time apologizing for the poor kitchen performance that it's no wonder she had a hard time keeping up. My wife got a chicken pasta dish and it came out cold. Gabby let us know that they have a 5-second rule where food has to go out as soon as it's done being fired... there's no way that rule was followed here... it was cold. She took it back and brought out another one 2 minutes later (no clue how it was made that fast - my guess is we got something meant for another table). We took most of hers home in a to-go box but later threw it out as she got sick. I got the chilean sea bass... unfortunately I don't do well with shrimp. There's no mention of shrimp on the menu at all, but it's covered in shrimp and some sort of sauce that overpowered everything about the fish. Normally when I get sea bass it comes out almost like a filet mignon (shape/size)... and it's moist, flaky, firm, and tender. This came out as several pieces of thin filets at different thicknesses and some were overcooked and stringy (yes, stringy) and some were undercooked. I left most of it on the plate. Sadly it was a $150+ meal and we left feeling cheated (as did the two tables behind us who were fairly vocal as well) literally "everything" was wrong. Gabby tried her best with what she had.

   Our first experience at Firebirds - we will be back! Our server Khalil was excellent and we will request him each time. We chose deviled eggs, ahi tuna superfood salad, and Chilean sea bass - all were absolutely perfectly served and tasted amazing! The charred carrots were the best carrot side I’ve had anywhere! We were very pleased with our service from the hostess to the server, and all those that stopped to address emptying plates and serving entrees. Not a negative thing occurred our entire time. Khalil still continued checking in on us even after our bill was paid and we were finishing our drinks 🍷

   It was our 28th wedding anniversary. Colin, our server attended to all our needs. For Brunch I enjoyed the Steak Benedict with its numerous flavors of lobster fondue, spinach, steak, poached eggs -all topped onto an English muffin. It was flavorful and hearty. In fact I took one home. My husband had a Caesar Salad with wood grilled salmon. To our surprise our server Colin treated us to dessert, crème brûlée cheesecake. What a lovely afternoon!

   Service was great. Great Value. some wines to choose from. Not super high end but just fine. Cocktails were good and most of all food was prepared as requested. A must try.

   I had an exceptional experience dining here with a dairy allergy! The server, manager, and cook went above and beyond to make sure my dinner was safe AND delicious. We will definitely return!

   We had a good lunch. We invited a couple of friends to join us and all of us enjoyed our meals. My wife had salmon with grilled veggies, which she enjoyed. Our friends had the Smokehouse Burger, and the other had Grilled Shrimp & Strawberry Salad, which was also very good. I enjoyed the Chicken Tortilla Soup and a steak & cheese sandwich. Shea was our server and she was very good, and very attentive. Our experience was very good!

    Every thing was delicious. Out server Tony was on point even with his arm in a sling. Would definitely recommend going.
