   Disappointing experience. Waiter got a lot wrong, quality of the steak was poor and not well cooked. We visit often but tonight very disappointing.

   Food is very good. Delicious!! We had the salmon, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes (ordered baked potato but did not receive instead of mashed potatoes). Steak my husband had was delicious- cooked perfectly. The disappointment was the portion size of the salmon and steak. Will try restaurant again though based on the quality and excellent presentation of the food.

   Went for Sunday lunch. Our server, Jordan, had just the right pace. She was attentive but not overbearing, adn she was always watching in case we needed anything.

   Our family had reservations for dinner. We were seated out on the patio side. First, the order wasn't prepared correctly. We had two NY strips, both medium. One wasn't cooked to medium, but it was still rare. The other steak magically turned into salmon. Everyone on our table had food but my spouse. The one steak had to be sent back. My spouse waited 20 minutes for food. The two steaks were charred so hard you couldn't eat it. The couple pieces my spouse ate was so salty you couldn't eat it. The shrimp on her plate was salty, too. Normally, we have a good experience but this trip was bad. And we will not be going back for a while.

   Met friends for dinner. We all had the 3 course meals which are a great value. The steak was delicious and I enjoyed the roasted carrots. The bread pudding was not the greatest.

   Using Open Table, we always get escorted directly to our table without a wait which is priceless!! Our dinner last night at Firebirds in Huntersville, NC, was delicious and the steaks were perfectly prepared! The young man who was acting as host at the front entrance was great. He worked so hard the entire time we were there. We were a bit shocked at how much the prices have increased, even since we last dined there in August. It may mean we go less often but it was worth it to have a delicious meal!!

   It seems to really be hit or miss whenever we dine here and unfortunately it was just a miss on this occasion. We will still be back though. We loved that they gave our thank you cards and ribbons to the Veterans for Veteran's Day but the service was very lacking. Our server kept saying that issues were due to being busy but we've received better service on busier evenings there. There were no delay with our food, our steaks were just way overcooked- so I don't understand how it was "busy". Especially since we received our appetizers before we even got our waters.

    The baked potato was shoe leather on the bottom, could not put a fork into it. Lobster was charged/burned. Bacon wrap was not cooked. Sea Bass was not cooked through. A wrong meal was served at the table.
