    Excellent experience for us. We had our reservation and they had the table for us right away. Server was excellent. Assisted with making choices but not pushy. Very quick to get our orders out. Food was excellent. Very flavorful meals. Good portion sizes. Priced competitively for the quality of restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

    Overall good experience, the sound level was acceptable based on a full crowd, however our experience at your Franconia VA store was not as pleasant a few weeks ago. I spoke with manager and mentioned the ladies toilet door was not shutting or locking, the noise level was awful, the food and service were what we expected.

    Firebirds' normal menu is generally good but not outstanding. However, there specials are always outstanding. My husband and I enjoyed today's special which was a beef tenderloin on mashed potatoes with stew-like accompaniments. It was truly delicious and beautifully served. We had our old favorite warm carrot cake for dessert. Excellent Valentine's Day lunch!

    We always love visiting Firebirds. Mainly because the service and food are consistently outstanding!! It was my birthday and our server made sure to recognize it. He also stopped by several times to check on us. My filet mignon was cooked perfect!! Thank you Firebirds in Gainesville, Va!!
