   Another fabulous experience at this wonderful restaurant. The food is amazing. Interesting and diverse menu, great flavors, outstanding presentation. I can go on and on. We all shared the yummy warm and crisp bread with butter. I had the salmon and spinach salad, probably the best salad in the city. Others had the grilled salmon, the tomahawk pork chop, and chicken and pasta. All five stars. And our server Josh was the best. Kudos to him for helping us have a great time. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Also, thanks to the manager, who stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. And it was.

   Food was exceptional. Wait staff was attentive and on point. My only disappointment is that their are not intimate tables for a dinner for 2!

   This is our 5th time we have had dinner at Firebirds That alone must tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves. My wife had Prime Beef and I had the filet, and we split a salad. W e both had great meals. The noise level was high.

    Fabulous! The prime rib and steaks were cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. My New York strip was the tastiest I've had, even better than Capital Grill and Ruth Chriss. Firebirds offers the best if you love baked potatoes. All this was on a three-course meal, which is a bargain. I can't wait to go back. Our server, Kennedy, was friendly and professional.
