   Seems the manager didn't have time to come talk, I have to leave a message here. Firebirds is one of my favorite chain steak restaurants and I am excited to see one in my hometown. So it's upsetting to have to leave a negative review. I arrived 5 mins before my reservation time. Checked in for 2 people and notice only 1 table available. I was told I needed to wait for a table to open. No problems. 20mins later, I was told my table was ready. It was the same table that was open since I arrived. It was a very small 2 seater in a high traffic area. I ask for a different table and I was willing to wait. I was told this was my table and no other tables would be available. I asked to speak with a manager, when the hostess return, she said the manager was too busy. Due to the time of night, I had to settle for Mexican. Not what I wanted but only restaurant open. I'm sure this issue is due to being new. I would hate to think it's poor management. I guess Rae Rd location will continue to get my business.

   Apps were delicious, we had the bacon deviled eggs! However, I can not recommend the stake. Meat was not tender, especially for being dry aged for "21 days". Meat was not cooked correctly. Sides were good but 1 of 2 were warm at best

   Spectacular customer service! Thank you Joesph for being such a wonderful server! Portions are HUGE! Food is delicious! Atmosphere is cozy and inviting! Highly recommend!

   So glad they are in the neighborhood, was tired having to travel to Stonecrest since 2001 or so or Southpark.

   Great food & great service. Noise level is too loud for easy conversation, they need something fabricy on the walls to absorb sound.

   Our food took forever and was cooked wrong temperature. Manager took it off the bill and offered pre food but it had taken so long we could not wait for new food. Too say and not enough service and cook help obviously.
