   Food was terrible, Service was even worse , I’ll share my experience with pictures attached! - There was a hair in our Ribeye dish in mashed potato - We told the server we wanted our burger medium and no tomamto due to allergies, but they brought us a charcoal with tomato! The quality of a 5$ bigmac in Mcdonal’s was way higher! - My silverware was not clean, I asked server to bring me another one, she forgot it and I had to use that one to eat - I asked them to chang my hairy dish, but it took a long time and my wife’s food got cold and tough until we get a new dish and they didn’t warmed my cold dish. - I asked for more starter bread she forgot, and after 30 minutes I reminded her again and she forgit again and after third reminder eventually after 45 minutes we got it when we were almost done with our food - I wasn’t happy with invironment of my table, we were seated right next to the open kitchen and register machine and people in the kitchen and servers talk to load and wasn’t nice enough for us compared to the quality, too expensive!! Overall I wasn’t happy at all, don’t waste your money, time and your special night there!!

   First time eating here and I was not disappointed. The service was quick and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food.

   Last 3 times haven’t been good but after our Valentines Day experience we wont be back. I reserved after New Years. Arrived 5 min early. Hostess was rude. Didn’t mind sitting for awhile but was take to table by the kitchen. I asked if we could sit at another table so we a few other clean tables. Originally asked for a booth when booking. We sat at table for a long time. Noticing people that came after us already served bread and drinks and yet nobody even said a thing to us. Had to wave someone down who said it wasn’t there table but would find out. Guess nobody has table. She asked what we wanted to drink and brought bread. Never got our drinks. 20min later asked someone else. Took a long time for husband to get salad. When our meals arrived mine was wrong and took awhile to wave someone down. Still nobody wanted to claim our table. I was brought the correct side and we ate. Nobody checked on us until we were done eating with. They brought my husband brownie which was really dry. We’ve had it before which was good so not sure if it was old or cutting back. We did leave a tip and not sure to who and took rest my meal home. We use to eat at Firebirds at least a couple times a month and over the last few years less and less. The last three times in which 2 Collierville and one Cordova were not good. Chain going down hill which is very sad.

   Had a great time on Valentine's Day. Got a seat by fire place. Tried the crab cake starter - delicious. Dinner was good. We had steak and Salmon - both were good. Perfect holiday place.

   My wife and I celebrated Valentine’s Day with a delicious lunch at Firebird’s Wood Fired Grill in Collierville, TN. I made our reservation using the Open Table app on my phone. We arrived right on time and were promptly seated. Our waiter was excellent and helpful when we had questions regarding menu options. Being elderly, we chose to split our meal, ordering the New York Strip (medium) with a baked potato and a Mixed Greens Salad (with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing). Every item we ordered was perfectly prepared and deliciously enjoyed by the both of us! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience and great food.

   We were there a few minutes early, seated, had an awesome server who was attentive to our needs. Food was served without a long wait and was a 10/10. Everything was perfect for our pre-Valentine's Dinner.

    Our server was also the bartender & my husband noticed that she was really moving fast delegating between our table & several in the bar area that night. Mad props to the great service she gave us with how busy they were.
