   Firebird Restaurant Review Firebird restaurant offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for a cozy dining experience. The location is convenient, and the service provided by Katherine, our server, was the highlight of the evening. She was entertaining, attentive, and delightful, truly enhancing our time at the restaurant. However, while the service and ambiance were excellent, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the cilantro chicken with asparagus and mashed potatoes, while my husband opted for the New York strip. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked, and the asparagus was almost inedibly hard. The mashed potatoes were acceptable but not memorable. My husband’s New York strip was similarly underwhelming, lacking the quality we anticipated. The pricing aligns with the menu offerings, but there are no bargains to be found here. While going out is about the overall experience, the food quality must hold its weight to complete the package. Sadly, it didn’t. In summary, Firebird has great potential due to its inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and prime location. However, the lackluster food prevents it from becoming a go-to spot for us. If the kitchen can step up its game, this place could shine. Until then, it’s a one-time visit for us.

   It was dinner with friends we haven't seen in a while. We took an awful lot of time getting reacquainted, and the waitress was very understanding and patient with us as we finally got around to ordering dinner. A really wonderful time.
