   Tables were so close together we had to move our table in order for everyone to have room to sit. The patron shouldn’t have to worry with that.

   Seevice was fantastic. I wish I could remember our servers name, but it eludes me. I had the aged ribeye and my wife had the filet. Both cooked to perfection and they even brought her some birthday cheesecake. Dinner was great as usual.

   We had reservations at 8pm we requested a booth and they told us it would be longer I said that was fine we also told them we were waiting in the secondary area and they said they would text luckily I heard the last call no text only screaming names were sat at a table guy instantly knew I was upset he was the one who took the request for a booth and then dinner came out and both my husband and my ribeye were blobs of fat and I love fat but these were literally over 1/2 fat didn’t even bother to talk to the waitress about issues cause she couldn’t even refill our water definitely worse experience there in years they said it was packed cause it was Veterans Day but I feel it’s always packed so why the difference in food quality on that day makes no sense plus they were out of street corn and had to make a substitute 25 mins after food was ordered which I find odd waitresses should know when a dish has been 86’d and come back to swap asap not 25-30 mins later and it wasn’t even our waitress I think he may have been a manager or something

   An amazing evening with friends celebrating Veterans Day. Firebirds does a wonderful job honoring veterans and the restaurant was packed ! My salmon was perfect as always and the bone in pork chop is outstanding for the price.

   We had a nice lunch at Firebirds on Veterans Day. We made reservations ahead of time and were taken immediately to our table when we arrived. Veteran’s dine for free with the purchase of another meal of equal or greater value. This was a treat for my veteran. We had the Colorado Chicken Salad and Salmon salad. Both were delicious. Salmon had a nice wood grilled flavor. Of course the bread is always delicious. The service was outstanding. Thank you for honoring our Vets today Firebirds!

   Staff, from the reception desk to the waiter, seemed dis- interested all evening. My salmon was good; the vegetables coming with it were only lukewarm warm, the baked potato was good.

   Restaurant was uncomfortably warm, it was very loud, and service was slow. Not worth it.

   Overcooked chicken / ancient grains was not the side dish I described to server. I guess that food item I wanted is no longer available. Ancient grains was okay
