   Twice in one week the food was disappointing. The service was very slow. Had to go look for assistance to cash out.

   We have visited this Firebirds 25-30 times. Our past 2 visits we have noticed a drop in the quality of the steaks. It was our go to place for a good steak, but you can most definitely tell they have lowered the standards of the meat. So disappointing! Sides are still great, atmosphere is great. Try the fish or chicken.

   The manager Jim went above and beyond to get us a table to fit our needs.. it was greatly appreciated.. and the food and are experience was amazing

    It was amazing. I had to send my steak back because I requested butterflied and well and it was very red and blood was on the plate. But they made it right and it was wonderful. The waitress was incredible and very attentive.
