The restaurant is named after the iconic fire tower that sits atop Stratton Mountain where multi generations of skiers and riders made the hike to the summit. Nestled in the heart of Stratton Village we combine the spirit of a traditional tavern with upscale modern materials we take great pride in our unique bar design.
We offer Vermont craft beer and carefully curated cocktail selections with an extensive wine list.

Excellent server and excellent food. We were on a girls weekend and they wouldn’t adjust to switch us to the bar room instead of the more family oriented room, so that was frustrating but overall, the food and waiter was excellent

Food was delicious and the waiter was incredibly nice and efficient. I also had one of the best cocktails I have had in a long time! Try the tumeric margarita!

It’s a convenient location for the mountain towns and they have really nice outdoor dining. The service left us “meh,” as the waiter needed some extra prompting to find a menu item that was allergy friendly. The menu was extremely limited and had decreased significantly since last year. That said, the lamb special was outstanding and so was the mezzo platter. Great food, but pricey for what was offered overall. Nice place to come with friends or an adult family for an evening out.

The cocktails were decent and the main meals were OK but the Beef Wellington appetizer was inedible and our waitress wasn’t very friendly.

We ordered kids Mac n cheese. It was the worst I have ever had. Watery and tasteless. We did not eat it. We left and went to Manchester to eat. The food is inedible at FireTower! Do not go there! Do not even give it a try! The other food we ate was horrible. We have had airplane food that tastes better!

We always love The Fire Tower. The food is excellent (but a bit pricey). We love sitting at a high top in the bar area. Service is excellent!

The service was awful. The server didn't even greet us for 10 minutes. When my daughter spilled her drink, no staff member came over to assist us. The kids pasta had butter and sauce which was not really edible.
