   I feel the chicken and beef chunk containers should be in the front and not the back as you have to lean under the glass too far for it. Also, the co trainers for it are quite small and should be larger. Busy the time u fill up your bowl anyway not much chicken or beef will be put in the bowl anyway so your not gonna lose money. The line backs up cuz people can’t get the frigging meat. Also, have extra high chairs so I won’t have to listen to a lady go bezerk over having a reservation and not enough high chairs. She ruined my birthday dinner!!!!!

   The IG reel suggestions did not match the food items available at the restaurant. The IG showed how to make certain items but the location did not have the ingredients. However All in all it was a great experience.

   My family and I have been coming to Fire & Ice since we discovered it in 2015 after a long day at Disneyland, and it has been a favorite ever since! The atmosphere is always lively, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the unique experience of being able to create your own dish from a wide variety of fresh ingredients, and then watching it get cooked right in front of you. The food is always delicious, and it’s fun to customize your meal exactly how you like it. We’ve never had a bad experience here—highly recommend for a fun and interactive dining experience!

   We had resevations and still waited 40 min before we could sit. Food area dirty we asked for a quieter atea and they said no only area was on front of dj speakers.

   Hi Becky, thank you for dining with us at FiRE+iCE. While we understanding you might have found your visit frustrating it's unnecessary to mis-represent your experience. Your reservation was booked at 7:41pm for 8:30pm on the day of. Your party was seated at 8:52 - a 22minute wait on a Saturday night of a 3-day weekend - is quite reasonable. We apologize for your dissapointment but must clarify this experience - our team works hard to provide the best to our guests in every possible way and are disheartened your visit did not reflect as such.

    Celebrated my birthday here it was really great. The staff was amazing. Only thing is make sure your reservations are on point because I had to add an extra seat and it was very tight besides that everything was great.
