Seamlessly blending steakhouse fare with elevated versions of old-world Italian cuisine with help from Italian-American Chef, Joe Rizza. The menu pays homage to the Italian immigrants who graciously first introduced Americans to southern Italian classics. Fioretta’s custom-built solid-fuel hearth and open kitchen allows Rizza and his culinary team to impart superb flavor, char and texture to each dish. The menu strives to strike the perfect balance between nostalgia and innovation.

Fioretta - Anniversary Celebration From the moment we arrived, Fioretta provided an unforgettable dining experience. Our evening started with a warm welcome from Gio at valet, who set the tone for the night with his professionalism and kind words. The front host greeted us with a smile, and our server, Gordon, delivered exceptional service throughout. The drinks were crafted to perfection, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delectable, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for our special day. We somehow snagged the chef table. It was for my mother-in-laws 80th birthday party. Everything from the drinks at the bar while we waited for our table to the actual dining experience at the chefs table were top notch! Totally worth every penny.

Went here for a birthday and they seated us next to the bar where a live band was playing. The band was the perfect vibe. The bone-in rib eye was at the level of Bavette’s and the truffle mushroom lasagna was chefs kiss! We also ordered the whole branzino which was perfectly grilled and juicy, yum! Our server was wonderful too. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Fioretta. We are all frequent diners at some of Chicago’s finest restaurants. Fioretta is among the best. Everything from the cocktails, table side Caesar Salad to the scrumptious steaks and homemade pastas were spot on. Tiramisu, Lemon Meringue Pie and gelato deliciously ended this great meal. Service was excellent!
