   Excellent duck entree, creative combination of ingredients and flavors. Perfect wedge salad. Superb chocolate cheesecake. Prices are high in balance to what is served. But that aside it has been very reliable over multiple visits.

   This was my second time here within two months and both experiences were the same. Good food but service is very subpar. Both times the waiters promptly came to the table and took drink orders. However, after the appetizer came out we proceeded to wait another hour for the entree. And the waitress never stopped to ask if we needed anything while we waited. Food was finally dropped off and the waitress was never seen again. Very similar to my last experience here. The restaurant wasn’t even full so it’s astonishing that food took as long as it did. Granted everything was delicious, but the servers should be a bit more attentive and communicative.

   I had an amazing dinner and service. The staff is very friendly and professional.. I loved my waitress Beth one the best nicest waitress ever. Very professional and detailed service anyone can ever asked for. She was very considerate of my friend and his shell fish allergy and recommended what dishes to choose from. She very knowledgeable of the menu which I loved and went above and beyond. BUT THE FOOD MY GOD!!! Chef Kelvin is by far one of the best to ever do it in NC. The food is top tier mouthwatering succulents in every bite. The menu is full of personality and not dull like other high end overpriced restaurants with basic options. Finial is Full of rich, flavorful, innovative twist to southern classics. Finial is easily by far one of the best restaurants in Greensboro if not NC. 10/10 easily Definitely recommend!!

   The food was great. We were unaware of the breakfast buffet until after ordering. Bathrooms were pretty bad, needed cleaning and no hand soap because containers were empty.
