   When we arrived, we were given the choice of seating and were seated immediately and the waitress, who was fabulous, showed up with our little biscuits, took our lengthy drink order and got it right. We had the sticky ribs and the spinach cheese dip for appetizers and they were both delicious. We all enjoyed them very much! Our lunches were also delicious. I enjoyed the pecan crusted chicken salad. I loved the dressing and the blueberry compote that was over a portion of the chicken. Our drinks were attended to consistently and we felt very cared for. All in all, a great dining experience.

   We celebrated my wife's birthday at the Federal American Grill. We were served in the Bourban Room. The service was flawless. The food was delicious. Very pleased with our first visit ever, at this establishment. Score!!

   Has become one of our favorites. Feels a bit like fine dining but with value. Food is good. Drinks are very good. Wine selection is nice. Managers are attentive and on-duty. Only challenge is the noise level - but this is not unique to Federal Grill. A problem with many restaurants nowadays. They continued to turn up the music while people talk louder. It becomes a vicious circle until it’s painfully loud.

   Meatloaf was delicious! Filet Mignon and crab cake (One of the specials) was superb! Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll go back when we are in the area again.

   This was a value-priced pre fixe menu for a New Year's Eve dinner/party. We have dined at Federal a half dozen times in the past, so we felt it would be worth it. We were seated in a booth (which we like) near a smaller door leading to the outside. One of the staff went in and out the door several times, slamming it and letting the cool air in. We asked to be moved. They were out of the main course I wanted, so I selected another. The butter cake desert was tasty, but the presentation was lacking. It was small and looked like a cup cake. The restaurant had a DJ, who was not very good (at least to my taste). No one was dancing until about an hour into his "performance" when he began playing more "old school" dance songs. I realize as many liked the DJ as those who may have wanted something different.

   We attended the New Year Eve party. The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic.

   Only bad thing was we'd to order starter and main entree at same time and we'd barely finished eating starter when entree brought to our table. Felt like we were being rushed
