Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. It was meh. Not the best bbq or service ever, but its a chain.

Gods food and the margaritas were delicious, but he could’ve taken our large trashcan off the table after we were done eating so we could visit for a minute. Plus it was extremely loud in the back where we were located.

The waiter was great but his frustration with the delays in food coming out were definitely noticed. Ordered the surf and turf and received a Wagyu that was about 60% fat and gristle. The lobster roll was mostly cream cheese. Will not be returning any time soon

The overall meal and service were great. The only negative were the "buffalo" wings which didn't have much buffalo flavor.

I was a little surprised that they did not give seating preference to OpenTable reservations and allowed walkins that had been waiting to be seated before our reservation. Food was good and fast enough. The server did a nice job. Our only complaint was about the hostess seating others before our OpenTable reservation.
