Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

    Chef Adam Weiss is offering a special romantic three course menu (BYO) with choice of appetizer, entrees, and dessert for $100 per person not including tax and twenty percent gratuity. There will be seasonal favorites as well as some special dishes including desserts made by the Pastry Cupid himself. This will be the menu for this romantic evening: https://www.firstrestaurantnj.com/menu-valentines For this evening, we ask all reservations to be timely. All tables of two will be limited to 2 hours, tables of 3-4 guests 2.5 hours and parties of 5-8 guests 3 hours. Please note that the regular a la carte menu will not be available this evening.

    The bolognese was amazing with fresh pasta. The hostess is a sweetheart and very attentive. The mahi special was disappointing but we will try the place again. Great that it is bring your own.

    BYOB place where the apps, entrees and dessert were all delicious. The ambience was cozy. The chef came to check on us. The hostess was personable. Will return.

    Chef Adam always delights with his creative combinations and amazing specials. The Mahi Mahi was delicious, as was the cream brûlée cheesecake dessert- My all time favorite. Everyone enjoyed their meals from appetizers to desserts. Service is friendly and efficient- never rushed. Heddy is the perfect hostess!

    Our meals were delicious, as always. Chef Adam created a special menu for the holiday and Heddy and Vincent made us feel especially welcome. A perfect way to begin the new year!

    New Year's Eve at F1rst was as good as hoped. Adam Weiss continues to prove himself as one of the best chef's in NJ. With great food at a reasonable price, terrific atmosphere, Mom Hedy at the front and the kind of service you hope for on NYE, there is simply no better option. And all year long it's the perfect spot for a low key BYOB restaurant. LOVE this place.
