   We went to try the new menu - it is excellent! Especially the pork bao buns and the wagu gyoza. As always, the service is impeccable with friendly, welcoming staff. I can’t recommend this place enough :)

   Every time we visit the Gold Coast we eat here and this restaurant just keeps getting better (if that is possible as it has always been so good) The food is imaginative without being confronting and if we didn't live so far away I would be back there again tomorrow. Every table was taken and the whole restaurant has a great buzz. Great staff, excellent food - what more is there !!?

   Amazing food, we went for the set menu which was perfect, the food was delicious and they catered for each person’s dietary requirements. The serving staff was really friendly and suggested some great options, and the sommelier was very helpful in choosing the right wine for us, letting us taste a couple of options so we could end up with the right bottle for us. The ambience is fun and buzzy and decor great too. We loved our experience at Etsu and will definitely be going again.
