etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.

etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner. A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Desserts are prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, whose creations top the list for the city’s sweet confections. House-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts change seasonally, providing a revolving array of treats that will keep you coming back for more.

The dinner is $125++ per person and wine pairings are an additional $55 per person. This special menu will be offered in lieu of our regular dinner menu this evening.     My husband and I celebrated a birthday lunch. We received great service from Mac, our server and the General Manager with the extra touch of a complementary toast and card signed by the staff. Wonderful food and experience.

    Absolutely loved our experience and the food at Etch! Our server Brooklyn was amazing! Super friendly and gave great recommendations. Our favorite dishes were the Scallops, Chicken and Butternut Squash! 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be return guests!

    The new etch is very attractive and inviting in the Franklin Factory. We had the octopus and shrimp bruschetta as an appetizer and was more than enough for 2 to share, and without asking they split the salad we had ordered. Both were very good! My friend had the mahi mahi special and loved it. And my salmon was the fish of the day, it was deliciously tender and flaky. It came with the potato beignet, a fun twist on a side starch. Our service was attentive, we would definitely come back.
