While looted in the tradition and method of French cuisine, Lionel Beccat, Chef Executive incorporates Japanese ingredients and techniques to create simple, beautiful, and creative dishes.
Since opening in June 2012, ESqUISSE has been receiving a two-star rating in the Michelin Guide Tokyo. Chef Lionel Beccat has awarded the Gault & Millau 2018 Best Chef Award.

Only the following courses can be reserved via OpenTable. (Not changeable by phone after the reservation.)

完璧で最高の料理でした。出されるタイミング、温度、素材を活かす調理技術、本当に感動しました。セルヴーズのかたは、経験不足で残念。もっともっと詳しく料理やシェフの伝えたい気持ちを代弁できたら良いのにと思います。まだ早いかもしれません。

用餐环境安静简洁，窗外没啥景色是小小的遗憾。食物吃起来感觉口味清新但印象深刻，能把不同口感的食材融合在一起搭配出恰到好处的层次感，同时又能清楚分辨出所有食材的味道和特色，真的创造出很平衡却又惊艳的味道，厉害！葡萄酒的推荐也很绝，入口那刻都有点平淡但十分顺口，可搭配上食物时突然口感丰富起来。因为吃的是午饭，本来没准备喝酒的，最后没忍住喝了三款推荐的。最后真的必须点赞甜品，是为了甜品可以专程再来的好吃程度。一餐吃下来感觉是间名副其实的米二！

Incredible. Drink selection, meal, atmosphere, service, and hospitality were all equally excellent. Chef was kind enough to greet us. Truly a 5 star, Michelin rated experience.

期待していた程ではなかった。コース前半は美味しかったが、途中からソースがみんな同じように感じました。又、お土産のお菓子は不用です。

スタッフさんのサービスも良く、料理や飲み物も美味しかったです。旦那の誕生日祝いで予約しましたが、妊婦のため食べられないものがあり、いろいろと調整していただき、とても感謝してます。ワインの香りが良くて、今回は飲めませんでしたが、今後機会があれば、また行きたいです。
