It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. If I could give a sixth star I would. You can’t go wrong with this place, the staff is amazing, very well versed, and extremely accommodating. They all made sure our anniversary was a very memorable and enjoyable night. There is an extremely pleasant and relaxing ambience, the decorations really set the mood and provide a very romantic backdrop. The food is superb, it was evident every dish was prepared mindfully. Would recommend for any occasion but especially if you have someone you want to treat to a very nice night, they’ll make it easy.

the autstanding service is a plus from entering to sseating to eating the food and the attention to detail I was very impressed, I went for my wedding anniersary and everyone knew of it which to me and my wife was very rewarding
