Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. We are very exited to start this new adventure and offer a unique experience to El Pasoans and visitors from out of town.

The entrees weren’t as good as expected, steak was undercooked and a side was missing from a meal. Lamb chops weren’t very tender.

Wish the music was more dinner like (jazzy, torchy, etc). Good was excellent and Benjamin gave us great great service .. considering the kitchen was short staffed we were happy to be patient because he was so charming. We will b back again

I’ve never spent over $50 on a steak that ended up being tough and unsatisfying. My fiancé and I were having a date night and chose this place last minute. In short, there are definitely better options for a last-minute dinner.

We had a business dinner and it was excellent. We ordered the scallops au gratin and the duck confit tacos to start. Both were delicious. Two people had the braised short ribs and raved. It fell off the bone. I had the Charlotte’s salad with chicken. The martinis were fantastic. The crème brûlée for dessert was very good and we took a piece of red velvet cheesecake to go. My only complaint was the server asked if we wanted still water or sparkling when we sat down and I said, “I’m fine with ice water,” which means tap water. She brought out the bottled still water. This annoyed me, but I didn’t make a fuss. I feel servers do this to drive up the bill and it is tacky. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

This was our 1st visit to Entrecôte. Go was our waiter. Great service and food! It is a beautiful restaurant. It is very pricey, but a great place for special occasions. We will definitely be back!!

My experience here was great. This is certainly a place to visit when in town, or to plan for date night. The ambiance was amazing. It’s best to dress up for a place like this. The environment definitely enhances the experience but it’s fully incorporated in the cost as this place is pricey. It’s mainly worth it as the food is great. Wouldn’t frequent but would recommend.
