The food was good, lots of different flavors. Ordered the tomahawk, shrimp skewers, sides, appetizers, and drinks for 6 adults. We were celebrating my birthday so they brought out their churros and ice cream dessert which was delicious… however it was very odd that they charged us for it, 50% off, but still. They also charged for the chips and salsa, which was brought out without us asking or bringing asked… so to be charged for that was odd. Again, we ordered lots of food for 6 adults and a kids meal…. The bill was over $500 and they charged us a 3% credit card fee! For a bill that large, I think the restaurant should have waived the credit card fee, or not even have a credit card fee. Not sure I’ll be going back, unless I bring cash.

Enjoyed the food definitely! Loved that they had a mariachi band playing and the vibes were great. Would definitely recommend the churro waffles, it was my favorite thing!

The food wasn’t the best. I’ve been here for dinner & the food wasn’t great. Decided to try brunch because I heard the brunch is better. Let me tell you that it isn’t. The horchata French toast was amazing but the steak & eggs & the chilaquiles were horrible. The drinks were ok but over all not coming back. The waitress took forever with our food. I feel like the bus boy was the only one who was checking in on this consistently.

We had a great time at En familia. Very accommodating to everyone even families with small children like ours. Our waiter Luis and the manager Jennifer were amazing.
