Outstanding service. Wish they had cocktails but they still had beer and wine. Was running a bit late. But they comped dessert for me and my family. Will def come again.

We were staying at The Pearl Hotel, so decided to try Empire on Christmas Day and was not disappointed. The food was brilliant and steaks cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and attentive.

To ne clear, i don’t like noisy restaurants. Empire was not. Staff are sooo accommodating. Food was superb. Couldnt spend Christmas with my family anyplace better.

This steakhouse was so wonderful. The atmosphere was fabulous and the server was even better. I can’t explain how good the food was but it’s a 5 star to me. The steak was bigger than I thought and it was very tasty.

We had a wonderful experience! The steak was one the best we ever had, if not the best. We started with the Fried Calamari Appetizer, which was very fresh and succulent. We tried the Prime New York Strip and the Bone-in Ribeye. The outer layer was so crispy, and inside, it was tender and juicy, and the fatty parts in the Ribye almost melted inside our mouths. The food is expensive but really good. The service was excellent, and everyone was very nice to us.

Empire Steakhouse, Times Square completely met expectations! The food (we had for starters, bacon and a shrimp cocktail. Entree was the Porterhouse for 2 (rare time where the picture we saw online prior to going to a restaurant totally matched what we were served, and it was spectacular!, plus Empire Home Fries, which are to die for. Ended with coffee and possibly the best Tartufo we have ever had. The chocolate shell was not overly hard which made it very easy to eat and the ice-cream was very creamy.) Service was excellnet (Lor was our waiter.) Yes, it's an expensive restaurant, but we knew that going in. One of the exceptions where we walked away from an expensive restaurant saying we would return - it was that good!

Our food was fabulous! My steak was tender and delicious and the seafood was wonderful. We had theater tickets and the staff did an excellent job getting us served with plenty of time to get to the show.

After watching a YouTuber review of his dining experience, I decided to visit Empire while visiting the xmas tree and Boccelli concert. We had the porterhouse for two, mash potatoes and cream spinach w the tiramisu. Oscar was our server who was awesome. As well as the hostess to the other waiters saying Hi as we walked to our table. Felt like we were home. Spoke w the manager as well. Excellent staff you would enjoy eating here.
