   DISAPPOINTED! Having read a bunch of reviews that raved about this place, I took another couple with us tonight. The place was nearly empty at 6:30 which should have been a good clue! On the other hand, the bar was set pretty low for the restaurant to make us very happy. The service was excellent, as far as the dining experience went. After our server took our order, that sadly started to go downhill. The bread (which wasn’t gratis) was quite tasteless and the buttered top was overcooked. We did get another loaf which was heated okay but was still bland. We gave it a 3. The apps were mixed. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were enormous and the texture was great. The trade off was they weren’t sweet. The cocktail sauce helped. This gets a 6. The two salads (iceberg & spinach/kale) were excellent; both get 8. The yellowtail roll was mediocre and gets a 5. The onion soup was not good at all and rates a 3. The entrees were also mixed. Both the sushi and sashimi combos were great and both get 9. The salmon was pretty good and rates a 7. The dry aged bolognese was excellent and gets 9. The half roasted chicken was quite dry while the spinach, potatoes, and sauce that accompanied it were quite good, giving it an overall 7. The cup of coffee I had was excellent so 9. The overall dinner gets 7. Nice presentation and good service couldn’t overcome the inconsistent quality of the dishes. Now comes the worst part if the evening. I had left my leather bag on my seat. When I realized I had left it, I called the restaurant. I reached was a recorded message a beep the end so I left a message & also sent a message through the Open Table app. After 20 minutes, I returned to the restaurant and dropped off my wife. She l could see people inside but no one saw her. She had to climb over a railing to knock on a window to get in! She got the bag. I spoke to the manager. I was told they called me and left a message. They did not! She also made a weak excuse for not answering! BAD!

   Will be coming back brunch menu is great steak and eggs was perfect and sushi rolls on point ! Bar tenders are fabulous

   This was a great spot to grab a bite to eat. Conveniently located and cozy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot.

   This place is so cool! Food and drinks were great. My waiter had so much swag, reminded me of my favorite uncle and boy cousins! Loved it!

   The food was very underwhelming. Drinks were not great. Service was slow. The manager hit a light above someone’s table next to us and there was broken glass everywhere. You pay for a high end steakhouse but get nothing close to that. Would not recommend.

   Horrible experience! It took them over 20 min. to take our order. And after waiting 45 min. for our food and drinks, we were so upset and frustrated, we left. The table next to us was equally frustrated. Their excuse was “A table with a big party is here.” A bunch of amateurs at this restaurant! This place will not last with the Capital Grille Steakhouse in the same vicinity! Patron BEWARE! Too load to rate!

   We had a great experience at Emmitt’s Vegas! The ambiance was one that recognized elegance while attracting down to earth personalities. From the general manager’s approachability to our waiter’s personal recommendations, we were delighted to try various food and drinks from the menu.     My sister and I went to Emmitt’s to celebrate our milestone birthdays (40th and 50th). The staff was attentive and service was spectacular. We sat at the bar before being seated at our table and chopped it up with “Chris” who helped us get our celebration started. We both ordered sea bass and enjoyed crab guacamole and shrimp for appetizers…everything was super delicious. Our waitress brought us the most delightful butter cakes with warm caramel adorned with a strawberry. We can’t wait to go back. They also have complimentary valet! Nice vibe, excellent ambiance.
