   Emmy burger is totally unbelievable. Everything is world class. The puck, bread, wafer fries, cheese, sauce. Ranked #2 by burgerdudes but it must be worlds best burger !

   Would not go back. Food was sub-par, and my boyfriend found glass in our salad. Our waiter was rude and didn't even apologize for the glass. It was really odd. They ended up taking it off the bill, but I felt like more should have been done as that could have been really bad if my boyfriend didn't catch it.

   The individual responsible for arranging your table at the desk exhibited unprofessional behavior, as he was quite rude in his communication and during the seating process.

   Burger was great as usual, but we sat in a crammed room in the basement where they also sat a party of 15+ people with kids & it was extremely LOUD. I wish they sat them upstairs where the sound would’ve been drowned out by the sounds outside the restaurant. It’s not a great idea to seat a large party with 5-6 children in the basement downstairs where all the noise is amplified. Or at least when we asked to be accommodated upstairs, more of an effort to be placed to move us given how uncomfortable we were. Couldn’t hear my family or myself speak—we wanted to eat and get out of there asap.

    They do not serve coffee and suggest that you go out and buy it from another place. I find it unacceptable for a restaurant in that price range.
