   TLDR: I really wanted to love Pizza Loves Emily, but if Emily really loved pizza (or burgers, or hot fries for that matter), she wouldn’t eat here — that is for sure. We started with the Caesar salad, which was actually quite good — crisp lettuce and a fresh, flavorful dressing. Unfortunately, that was the high point. Before we even got a chance to dig into the salad, our burgers were brought out — maybe three minutes later. I mentioned to the server that we had just gotten our starter, and he said “oh sorry,” but left the plates anyway. By the time we got to the burgers, they were soggy and barely warm. The fries had great seasoning but were ice cold. Our server checked on us once early on and then didn’t glance in our direction for another 45 minutes. No water refills, no check-in, nothing. The pacing and attentiveness were completely off. Disappointing experience overall.

   Emmy burger is totally unbelievable. Everything is world class. The puck, bread, wafer fries, cheese, sauce. Ranked #2 by burgerdudes but it must be worlds best burger !

   Would not go back. Food was sub-par, and my boyfriend found glass in our salad. Our waiter was rude and didn't even apologize for the glass. It was really odd. They ended up taking it off the bill, but I felt like more should have been done as that could have been really bad if my boyfriend didn't catch it.

   The individual responsible for arranging your table at the desk exhibited unprofessional behavior, as he was quite rude in his communication and during the seating process.
