Who is Emily Taylor?

Emily Taylor will be the hero our our hotel, with 2 bars, seating for 250 people, a world standard, high spice menu, with a focus on local produce, quick service times, lots of exciting dishes with spices and flavours from different parts of the globe. Located within the Fremantle Markets, we are certainly the best destination in town. The restaurant takes the name of the wife of the captain of the ship which used to transport spice to Australia in the 1800s. This ship sunk of the coast of Fremantle and is still at its final location now. The Restaurant will operate Monday to Thursday 1130am to late, and open for breakfast Friday to Sunday, 9am to late.

    Always amazing! We had 20 people and the staff are just so amazing, food is rich spicy and addictive. Great wine list, decor and overall experience This is just what Fremantle was missing !!! Always go back!

    The food was excellent – truly delicious. However we were very much rushed through our meal. This made it difficult to enjoy one dish as the others were delivered one after the other in very quick succession.

    E.T's did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious, service and vibe excellent. Great value for money. Can't wait to go again.
