   Our server Ariana was superb - both professional and knowledgeable with menu items. Food was good - mussels and the apple tarte tatin were both excellent. Did not like that the background music played - was loud and song selection does not create the ambience I think the venue (and price point) deserve. Also, smart casual dress code per website should have been enforced, was not expecting to see patrons with baseball cap dining alongside.

   We actually ate very early at 5 PM, but it still was not a good service. Our server was very kind but not attentive. I had the steak and Fritz and for $63. It definitely was not worth it. My husband had the lobster pot pie and he said he would never order it again and we would never come back to the restaurant again Because it wasn’t anything exciting at all. We’re very disappointed. It was OK. OK, there’s so many other restaurants in New Orleans to go to that this could be a must not see.

   Excellent service and delicious food. We had the gumbo, fried oysters and romaine, and the salmon. Peanut butter pie was about 5 inches tall and a yummy end to the meal.

   It took over an hour to get our food. We had soup and shrimp. The soup had to be returned because the top was burnt. It was my birthday as noted on OpenTable and nothing was said or done about that. The value is not there in the price of the food. It was not a great Time as the service was so slow.

   I brought my 80 year old mom here for a birthday celebration since we were visiting from out of town. This was noted in my reservation. I was so incredibly disappointed for a number of reasons. Our server was very nice but clearly overwhelmed and we really did not get the level of service that a restaurant of this quality should offer. He did tell us he had a 14 top to service which took a lot of his time and it was difficult to get his attention when we needed a drink refill or wanted to order dessert. That being said, we were only able to order one cocktail the entire 2 hour meal which was really not acceptable. The food was good so that was enjoyable but while I saw others getting special treatment for their birthday celebration nothing was done for my mom, who was celebrating a milestone birthday. We had been there so long it wasn’t worth notifying anyone about this oversight but it was supposed to be a more special evening. I would love to see this restaurant resolve these issues because I’d like to eat here again but when there is so much competition in a town with amazing food they need to step up their game.

   I’ve been to several of Emeril’s restaurants. This one didnt do it for me. Over cooked short ribs, limited meni. It was okay not great. Since I’m a huge fan of Emeril, I was disapointed

   Food and services excellent! Had the mussels which were delicious. Our server, very pregnant Lavira I think her name was. She was FABULOUS, courteous, professional, fun and efficient! The Chef even came to our table. We will definitely return

    My Wife and I ate Dinner at Emerils @ Caesers tonight. Our Waitress Ariana and her Co-Workers did a Great job ! We enjoyed the Food, Drinks and ambiance. We will return the next time we’re in New Orleans.
