The environment is always fun and aesthetically pleasing. Our waitress was wonderful and drinks were 8/10. Food was mediocre. I much prefer this space in the summer for the rooftop, not dinner.

So glad we found this gem! In for parents weekend and found this for brunch. The atmosphere is phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the food… so good. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Syracuse. We will be back! .

Very busy night and the servers did their best but it was very chaotic. We waited over an hour for our food and our server forgot to put the order in for our appetizers. We watched tables who came in after us receive their food first. The server was very gracious and apologized and the manager also came out to apologize. Food when it finally arrived was very good.

A girlfriend and I met on a Saturday for drinks & dinner, I had never been there. Be aware a reservation requires a credit card which they will charge a fee if you do not show. With that expectation, when I showed to the restaurant I was surprised to find that the restaurant level was closed and we would be eating in the bar. Fine, it was quiet, the bartender told us she was new, she was friendly and gave us menus. I tried to order wine, they were out of stock on everything I ordered. We ordered food, salads with protein which was the highlight of the experience. There was never more than a dozen people who roamed in and out at a time. Eventually a hostess came in and the bartender wasn’t alone. We ordered a second round of drinks, our original glasses weren’t cleared and no one offered more water. At some point our bartender left, two more came in and nothing was said to us. After we had been sitting for an hour (three hours in total), I went to the bar asked for our bill. The bartender explained our bartender left and I said she should have at least told us. If she is new she needs training. Even still, two trained bartenders walked around the bar area and never asked us if we needed anything. He took my name & number and said the manager would call. I didn’t hear from anyone. The food is good, the bar sorely lacks. There are a lot of other places in Syracuse I can go for better drinks and food. The total price of the bill for two salads with protein and four drinks was $80. I don’t need to go back.

My experience was horrible. It was so loud and there was no background music to drown any of it out. I could not hear my date talk at all. The food options were limited and they were out of ham which was fine none of this was that big of a deal until my toast came out. My toast tasted like pickle juice I hate pickles so I could not even finish any of it. Not to mention the butter my toast came with was rock hard. The waitress did not check on us at all and the worst part and why I put a one star is because as soon as we sat down and looked at the cups there were BUGS in them and they looked very dirty which made me hesitate to even eat here. I asked for new cups and they went in the back and just rinsed out the ones we said were dirty and had bugs in them… so gross. What really threw me off is we expected to be eating on the roof top and when we mentioned that they said in order to do that you would have to “cancel” your reservation for the middle floor which would charge me $20 even though it is in the same building and was detailed online as if we’d be eating on the roof top. This was by far the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have never left a review let alone such a bad one but I just had to speak up for any future people eating here or wanting to experience the roof top… I’m very disappointed.

Better than average restaurant for the area. Staff were all friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation and were made to wait while our table sat empty. Only a few tables were occupied yet wait staff took quite some time to take our order. Food presentation was average and the taste good. I was hoping for more based on other reviews. Maybe my review is skewed due to it being the brunch. All in all it was a pleasant experience for the right price. We’ll be back for a week day meal for reassessment. The one downside for our experience was the restaurant noise level. At some point during our meal a group of ladies arrived driving the noise level beyond comfortable. Not sure of a solution but if you have difficulty hearing, this may be a problem.

There was a group of 6 who went for Brunch. Everything was amazing! The service, food, and atmosphere was outstanding! If you haven’t gone, you must! The food was the best part, and not expensive at all!

The kitchen may have been having an off night. Quite a few dishes were not very good. I've been in the past, and it was excellent. Perhaps the next season's menu will be better. The service, drinks and atmosphere was good though.
