    We have a very nice Thanksgiving meal and experience at Eleven Waters on Thanksgiving Day. We truly appreciate the staff and hostess for working on Thanksgiving day!

    It was Thanksgiving morning in Syracuse NY. Virtually every other restaurant in and around the city were closed. The breakfast buffet was fine, a very nice variety for $20. And the kitchen made eggs to order in addition to the scrambled eggs at the buffet. I’m not sure how to rate the service. 2 of the 3 servers shot work called in sick, leaving one to look after everyone. She was great under extremely stressful circumstances. In addition a couple of the kitchen staff called in too (which is why we opted for the buffet). Those that were there did a great job, but shame on those that decided to flake on their co-workers. How they could walk in for their next shift and face those that showed up is beyond me. It’s a hard job to begin with. I’m hoping a manager will read this to their staff.

    Everything was great. Server never bothered us but as nice as that seems we had to ask for Creamer, ask for Creamer (2xs) and she brought our food and we didn't see again until the check came.

    Please use caution when booking this restaurant on OpenTable. They are accepting reservations for nights that they are not actually open. Cross-check with the posted hours before you book. I've heard it's good but I arrived to a dark restaurant and had to seek dinner elsewhere.

    Ordered steak and never asked what level to cook it. Limited menu overall. Waiter rarely checked on us. Waited 20 min for bill to be paid after asking
